As an extra guard your information is double encoded and not transmitted as 1 complete number. The hard copy of your registration is stored in locked facilities for 1 year and then the payment information is shredded.
Privacy and Results of your Test Your test is immediately packed and sent to NAHB headquarters in Washington where an independent testing company scans your answer sheet and reports the results to NAHB. After you have completed the exam you will be asked to check a box if you wish the results to be mailed directly to you and also to the HBA. If you select the box that allows the results to be sent to us, we thank you. Doing so helps us tremendously in scheduling classes that you and others need to complete your designation. We do not see the individual results merely the classes you need to complete your designation. So please make sure to check the box allowing the HBA to receive a copy of your results.
Cancellation Policy If you must cancel after you have registered and it is outside of 30 days before class we can offer you a full refund. If you cancel within 30 to 15 days before class we charge a $50 cancellation fee and refund the difference to you. If you cancel within 14 days of class we charge a $50 cancellation fee and apply the remaining amount as a partial credit toward any class you wish to take within 1 year of the scheduled class date. You are responsible for the remainder of any fees due. We cannot guarantee that the same class will be rescheduled within that year. If Learn Build has to postpone or cancel a class we will offer you a full refund within 14 business days.
Recording Devices Recording all or part of the class with any electronic device/s is strictly prohibited.
