Negotiating Skills
Every day requires negotiation with customers, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and government officials. Your negotiation skills could spell the difference between profit and loss. In this course you'll learn strategies for specific negotiating situations and develop the skills to get the results you want through exercises and role-playing.
