The PREP is the required first step to obtaining the prestigious CGR designation. It is a 3 hour 130 question assessment that measures a candidates knowledge in 5 core areas of remodeling business management.

Candidates do not pass or fail the PREP. Results determine the course of study for CGR candidates, and will count as one course of study for CGR candidates. The PREP is offered through Learn-Build at various times throughout the year. Consult our website calendar for details.
